I want to change the icon associated with the exe file created when you compile a desktop app. Can I do this within the IDE or do I have to swap out a file? Which file?

That means I have to re-hack the icon every time I re-build the app? That's pretty clunky and not indicative of a development tool that's ready for prime time, don't you think?
