Scrolling in Android

I try http://linb.net/Examples/comb/MySQLAdmin/index.html in Android tablet.

After scrolling grid, some rows didn't painted until I touch again. And scrolling doesn't smoothy.

Treegrid scroll is some kind of heavy for mobile device.
